Welcome to the provider referrals portal at Clarity Pediatrics

Thank you for trusting us to partner with you in providing care to patients with ADHD and their families.

We offer ADHD screenings, behavioral interventions, and medication management for children between 5 - 12 years old residing in California. Once your referral is completed, we immediately reach out to the family to initiate care.

We are unable to see patients with a suspicion for, or a diagnosis of, Autism spectrum disorder or where you have any acute concern for a mental health crisis (e.g. concerns for self harm or suicidality).

By proceeding with the referral, you acknowledge that the patient meets the above criteria.
